Donna I. Rupp, age 95, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Touch of Home in Tomah.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Burial will follow in the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Tomah, Wisconsin.
