James D Lusk, 59 years of age, from Osseo has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau
Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 7th offense, Saturday.
Troopers responded to a driving complaint and found the suspect vehicle traveling in the city of
Osseo. The vehicle was stopped for unsafe lane deviation. Upon contact with Mr. Lusk, troopers
noticed signs of impairment emitting from the driver. Mr. Lusk submitted to standardized field
sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for 7th offense operating a motor vehicle while
intoxicated. Eventually the driver was turned over to the Trempealeau County jail.
