My dear mother Eileen Fauska sadly passed away on Sunday Feb 23, 2025, at the age of 82.
She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and sister who was always there when we needed her most, offering support, wisdom, and love. She grew up on a farm outside of Oakdale and later moved to Tomah. After graduating from Tomah, she moved to Madison and for a few years was a telephone switchboard operator. After moving back to Tomah, she got married and, in that union, had one daughter. Eileen later worked at Band Box Cleaners in Tomah for around 35 years.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Laurie, grandson Ryan, sister Caroleen, and brothers Richard and Dusty, Diane who was like a second daughter, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is proceeded in death by her father, mother, and one sister.
A Sharing of Memories service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, 7:00 PM at Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau Street, Tomah. Food and refreshment to follow.
