The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Jackson County is offering a free six-week educational program called “Boost Your Brain & Memory.”
The evidence-based program focuses on practical ways to improve memory and support cognitive health. Participants will learn about six areas that contribute to brain wellness, including physical and intellectual activity, nutrition, emotional health, social engagement, and spiritual activity.
The program begins Monday, October 12th, and runs through November 16th. Sessions will be held Mondays from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Jackson County Department of Health and Human Services at 421 County Road R in Black River Falls.
Space is limited, and participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions.
The registration deadline is October 5th. To register, call the Jackson County ADRC at 715-284-3978, extension 521.
