Aging is one of the most natural things in life, so being prepared to grow old and knowing how to grow old well can be a life-changer.

It’s also the basis for the Tomah Health “Healthy Aging Expo” October 19 from nine A-M to twelve-thirty P-M at the Cranberry Country Lodge in Tomah.

According to Tomah Health community health educator Whitney Sanjari, the expo is a great event to get together with others while picking up some valuable health-related information.

the expo will include nearly 30 health related booths, chair yoga, health screenings, complimentary food, refreshments and door prizes.

The Health Fair runs from nine to eleven followed by a panel discussion at eleven-fifteen that will highlight the four M’s of health aging including mobility, mental health, medications and what matters most in life.

There is no charge to attend.
