One workshop, which are part of a brand-new curriculum to University of Wisconsin-
Division of Extension, will be offered as a first time ever and will be at the Clark County
Courthouse in Neillsville. This interactive workshop aims to provide education and
resources to farmers and rural based communities. The outcome of this course is to
help the farm families navigate their healthcare/ health insurance and to provide
resources. These classes will be led by Stephanie Plasters, Farm Management
Outreach Specialist, and Crystal Walters, Human Development and Relationship
Educator.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at the Clark County Courthouse
Auditorium from 10:00-11:30 and 12:30-2:00. The workshop will be provided at two
different times to help participants attend at a timeframe that works for their lives. There
will be a light lunch provided for participants attending either session.
This class is a reschedule of the previously planned class that was to be held in
Marshfield back in March.
