A public hearing will be held by the Jackson County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, July 15 at 1:00 p.m. in the County Board Conference Room at the Jackson County Courthouse in Black River Falls.

The hearing concerns Appeal Request #2025-22BOA, submitted by Gregg R. Scheirman, requesting to revise Condition #3 of a Conditional Use Permit. The current condition requires a 10-foot-high privacy fence along the north and west property boundaries in the Town of Komensky.

Residents with questions or comments are encouraged to attend. The Board will consider public input before making a final decision. For more information, contact the Jackson County Zoning Department at 715-284-0220 or visit the Courthouse at 307 Main Street.
