James Casteel, 71, passed away unexpectedly at his home, on October 11, 2024.
The celebration of life open house for James will be held on October 19th from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Buswell Funeral Home in Black River Falls. Military honors will take place at 12:00 p.m.
Buswell Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
