The monthly meeting of Jackson County’s Forestry and Parks is set for this morning at 8:30. The committee will hear reports from the DNR, the Economic Development Director, Chamber of Commerce, as well as the latest from the county Forestry, Parks, and Trails Department. Members will discuss and take action on a number of proposals including a Potter Cranberry fence request, increasing the Forestry and Parks Contingency Fund, and a Conservation Aid Grant Approval. The meeting will be in the Courthouse’s Country Board Room.
