Several Jackson County Sheriff’s Department Officers were directly exposed to Fentanyl Thursday evening.  According to Chief Deputy Adam Olson, it happened within a contained area inside the Sheriff’s Department’s Offices in Black River Falls.  Though because of the deadly danger of the drug, Olson’s department worked with the DCI, DEA, and the 54th Civil Support Unit to contain and decontaminate the area.  No injuries were reported and the exposed officers were medically cleared at the hospital.
