Jeffrey A. Baldwin, 71, of Tomah, died Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Serenity House in Tomah. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 12:00 Noon at the Wood Cemetery, Town of Byron. Chaplin Shane Haynes will officiate.
