(Milwaukee, WI) — There won’t be a drawn-out vote count in Wisconsin’s race for U.S. Senate. Democrat Mandela Barnes yesterday conceded the race to Republican U.S. Senator Ron Johnson. He made the announcement shortly after news outlets called the race for Johnson. Johnson told his supporters early Wednesday morning that the race was over, and said the same thing later in the day. Johnson ended the vote count with a nearly 27-thousand vote lead over Barnes.
