Mikaela Pope, 17, of Fairchild, Wisconsin passed away September 23, 2023. She was born November 6,
2005 in Black River Falls to Miranda Breheim and Andrew Pope.
Mikaela was a girl with a passion for cows, music, chicken wings, and chicken alfredo. She will always be
remembered for her infectious smile, classy and sassy style, and her kind heart. Mikaela had a vibrant
personality and could light up any room she walked into. She loved going on adventures with her friends
and family, and going on car rides with her mother while they jammed out to her favorite songs. She
also enjoyed going with her mom, Aunt Jesse, and cousin Kylee to get her nails done.
Mikaela spent a lot of time with her cousin Kylee, and they were always going out for coffee, shopping,
and food. She was also very close to her best friend, Summer Wampole, and they would often hang out,
watch dance moms, and drive around. Mikaela enjoyed meeting up with her dad for wings on
Wednesdays and loved working at Osseo Family Restaurant. She also helped her father in the family
business and was recently accepted into the medical CVTC program starting in January. Mikaela was a
child with exceptional drive and always pushed herself to be the best she could be. Mikaela played
volleyball at Osseo Fairchild and Augusta school during her sophomore year. She was a beautiful and
amazing person who will always be missed.
Mikaela is preceded in death by her Papa Kris Hagen; her great grandmother Beverly; grandfather Larry
Pope; grandmother Luann Pope; and cousin Kylie Pope. She is survived by her mother Miranda Breheim;
her father Andrew Pope (Mumzie and Corey); her brother Payton Blum; and her sisters Gracie Blum and
Gabby Blum; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services for Mikaela will be held at 11am on Friday, October 6, 2023 at the Osseo Evangelical
Lutheran Church. Friends may call during visitation on Thursday, October 5, from 4-7pm at the
Schiefelbein Funeral Home of Osseo, and at the church on Friday from 10am until the start of services.
