Tyquaniesha l Bell, 28 years of age, from Wausau WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 7th offense, with two
children in the vehicle under the age of 16.
The Wisconsin State Patrol received a driving complaint on a maroon SUV that was unable to
maintain lane or speed. A Wisconsin State Trooper located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
Upon speaking with the driver, the Trooper noticed signs of impairment and an investigation
ensued. The driver was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated 7th offense with two
children under 16 years of age in the vehicle.
“Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6,
Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is
presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
