Frederick Gartman, 39 years of age, from Spring Valley, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin
State Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
On the above date and time, a Wisconsin State Trooper conducted a traffic stop. Upon contact with
the above driver, the trooper observed signs on impairment. An Operating While Impaired
investigation was conducted and the driver was arrested.
