A suspect has been arrested in the Trempealeau County Homicide case. Sheriff Brett Semingson says a person of interest developed during the beginning stages of the investigation, though was arrested for unrelated charges. On Wednesday, May 15th, officers were called to the scene of a death in the area of Highway 53 and County Road Double-T near Ettrick. Investigators asked the public for assistance with any surveillance or dash camera videos. Sheriff Semingson says his department will turn the case over to the Trempealeau County District Attorney’s Office once reports are completed.
