Terry L. Boak, 76, of Tomah, died on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the Tomah VA Medical
Center.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church, 115 W. Lacrosse St., Tomah. Burial will be at the Camp Douglas Cemetery at a later date. Pastor Beth Voigt will officiate.
Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Thursday, August 14, 2025, 4:00PM – 7:00 PM at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau St., Tomah and on Friday at the church, 10:00 AM until the time of service.
