A 37-year-old San Angelo, Texas man has been arrested in Dane County for his fourth OWI offense.
The Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post says a trooper stopped a vehicle around 3:22 Sunday morning on Interstate 39/90 southbound near mile marker 143.8 after observing it deviate from its designated lane.
The trooper noticed possible signs of impairment, conducted an OWI investigation, and arrested Paul Zuniga for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, fourth offense.
As required by Wisconsin law, a charge is only an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
