Vice President Mike Pence returning to Wisconsin for a second time in two weeks shows how important the state is to Republicans in November’s election.
The White House confirmed that Pence will deliver the commencement address for the Class of 2020 at Wisconsin Lutheran College Saturday. He was also in the state last week and his visit will come just two days after the Republican National Convention wraps up.
