(Kenosha, WI) — A 53-year-old Kenosha County man accused of impersonating an eye doctor has reportedly turned himself in. W-I-T-I/T-V reports Lee Hagopian is charged with practicing optometry with a license and theft. His first Kenosha County Court appearance is set for next Wednesday. The television station’s investigative reporting exposed Hagopian’s illegal eye examinations in 2015 and again in 2019. He was convicted of practicing optometry without a license last year – but was caught allegedly doing it again.
