The Wisconsin State Patrol says a Lone Rock man has been arrested for his fourth offense of operating a vehicle while impaired.
Troopers report that 39-year-old James A. Nehls was stopped after being clocked at 106 miles per hour in a 70-mile-per-hour zone.
Authorities say the trooper observed signs of impairment and completed an OWI investigation, after which Nehls was taken into custody.
Officials remind the public that, under Wisconsin Supreme Court rules, the charge is only an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
